Absolutely beautiful hike today on Crag Crest Trail, Grand Mesa. Wildflowers everywhere, very cool weather which is a nice break, and good conversations (and snacks!) with a friend Legs were feeling really good after my morning with the crew 😆

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting a group of really wonderful people. In memory of Doug Kramer, this group of crazy, highly skilled mountain bikers came together to ride on the Mesa. I enjoyed the beautiful hike in my happy place. Crag Crest Trail to Lake of the Woods Trail. I never met Doug but he was close to the Hines family, and all the stories from family and friends tells me he was the best rider they ever known and nobody could ever keep up. I am sure he is still riding strong. ✨Life is short, live it to the fullest. 💛🍂🚵🏽‍♂️🌲

Happy Father’s Day to my one and only 😘 The way you father your boys and you show up for them every single day is what attracts me to you (besides your sparkly eyes and hot bod 😉) I know some days are not a walk in the park but you never give up and I am here to support you mentally. Much needed peaceful hike with my fur baby (Kai is at home recovering from an injury). Overcast and breezy, nice break from the brutal heat. Nature is my favorite place to be. 😎
