Partnership shows up in so many ways-building relationships with community partners, learning and connecting at conferences, and celebrating the everyday wins that matter most with residents.

From networking to learning to simply having fun together, these moments are why we do what we do. At Vitoria Pharmacy, being a partner, not just a vendor means showing up beyond medication delivery.

As Vitoria’s National Integration Coordinator, Teresa Clifton is an invaluable member of our team, bringing more than 32 years of pharmacy experience and holding pharmacy technician licenses across 15 states.

Throughout her career, Teresa has helped open new pharmacy locations, train staff, onboard clients, implement eMAR systems, and support operations across multiple sites. Her extensive knowledge, dedication, and willingness to jump in wherever needed make a lasting difference for our colleagues, clients, and provider partners.

A lifelong Kentuckian, Teresa believes life is best lived outdoors and in the sunshine. Whether she’s at the pool, walking, hiking, or relaxing on the beach, she’s happiest, soaking up the sun and making memories with family and friends. If you join her for a beach day, be prepared to stay awhile; she'll have the snacks packed and plans to enjoy every minute!

When she isn’t chasing sunshine, Teresa enjoys diamond painting, puzzles, and keeping up with the latest Court TV cases—she never misses a good trial!

Fun fact: Teresa completed her first half marathon in 2019 and is always ready for her next adventure.

Teresa, thank you for sharing your incredible experience, positive energy, and commitment to helping our team and partners succeed. Vitoria is stronger because you’re part of it!

This weekend at the 28th Annual Family Cafe, Booth #217 became so much more than a vendor space.

It was a place where self-advocates stopped by for snacks, sunglasses, hugs, conversations, and most importantly, to be seen, heard, and celebrated. It was a place where Grace Gould (aka Ms. Grace) reconnected with former students and their families. It was a place where we strengthened relationships with current partners, met new friends from across Florida, and shared our vision for reimagining pharmacy in the IDD community.

What happened at Booth #217 reflects what we are all about. Pharmacy should be personal. It should be built on relationships, trust, accessibility, and a genuine understanding of the unique needs of the IDD community.

The Family Cafe experience is difficult to put into words. There is an energy, sense of belonging, and spirit of advocacy that can only be understood by being there.

From Grace, Craig, and the entire Vitoria Pharmacy team—thank you for making the Family Cafe magic come alive at Booth #217.

Yesterday, our National Account Manager, Grace Gould had the pleasure of meeting Mandy Pinckley, a neurodivergent advocate who first connected with Vitoria through social media.

Mandy serves as the Area Director for Uniquely You Tampa Bay, a publication dedicated to celebrating individuals with disabilities while connecting families to valuable community resources, services, and support.

Thank you, Mandy, for your time, your passion, and the work you're doing throughout the Tampa Bay community. We look forward to continuing the conversation and exploring ways we can support one another's missions.
