Hypertension is one of the leading risk factors for illness and death worldwide. At AMR San Bernardino County we’re committed to raising awareness about this “silent killer” and encouraging communities to take proactive steps toward prevention and early detection.

Make your health a priority by getting your blood pressure checked at least once a year and supporting your well‑being through healthy eating, regular physical activity and maintaining a healthy weight. Small, consistent choices can make a life‑changing difference.
