Our 🪫🔋Recharge & Reset Your Battery 🔋🪫 program is designed to increase access to free preventative mental health.
1 hour of your time allows us to check in on your “emotional battery”, help you identify stress “drainers”, teach you 1-2 nervous system regulation techniques and help you select realistic “rechargers” you can implement immediately.

Dogs are rad right? But they can also offer us SO MUCH. Having Bodhi in the office provides our clients with affection, attentiveness, comfort & warmth. We are so proud to have Emotional Support Animals being of service alongside us.

It’s happening!! Our van is currently in the hands of and we couldn’t be more grateful for the attention they are giving to our mobile mental health unit.
