🌈 For Milo. For Hope. For All of Us.
Five years ago today, we lost Milo — a person with the biggest heart, who spent their life showing up for others and loving unconditionally, all while quietly battling their own mental health struggles.
Showing up is the simplest and most powerful thing we can do for each other. Today we ask you to show up too — for yourself, for someone you love, and for everyone still fighting their silent battle.
Milo was a true believer in “Free range therapy” — the idea that healing shouldn’t be confined to four walls. No couches, no barriers. Just real, human connection that meets people exactly where they are. Milo believed the most powerful breakthroughs often happen outside the box.
This entire month of June, in honor of Milo and in celebration of Pride Month, we invite you to step outside and walk for hope. Whether it’s around the block, through a park, or somewhere that brings you peace — let the fresh air in, move your body, and think of someone you love. Celebrate who you are and who Milo was. That’s Free Range Therapy in its purest form, and that’s exactly what Milo was about.
Miles for Milo 5K walk is coming back BIGGER next June — stay tuned👟💜🌈
This is Milo’s legacy rolling forward — one mile, one community, one life at a time.
