Our residents enjoyed a lovely day exploring the beauty of the arboretum, taking in the peaceful gardens and beautiful scenery. We wrapped up our outing with a sweet treat of ice cream!

🌺 Aloha from Ivy Terrace at Fullerton! 🌺

There was something special about seeing Ivy Terrace so full of life during our Hawaiian Luau.

Our residents were surrounded by family and friends, our team members brought their own families to join the celebration, and everywhere you looked, people were connecting, laughing, dancing, and simply enjoying being together.

We enjoyed authentic Hawaiian food and desserts, incredible dancers and performers, and an afternoon that gave our residents and their families another memory to share together.

We were especially grateful for all of the families who came out to celebrate with us. Your presence is such an important part of our community and makes gatherings like this even more meaningful.

At Ivy Terrace, wellness isn’t only about the care we provide. It’s also about creating opportunities for connection, purpose, joy, and belonging.

Please join us in celebrating Brent, one of our wonderful Care Providers, as our July Team Member of the Month!

Wellness is about more than staying active. It’s also about feeling safe, supported, connected, and cared for. Our Care Providers play an important role in creating that sense of well-being for our residents every day.

Brent brings patience, compassion, and a genuine willingness to help to each interaction. Whether he is assisting with daily care, offering reassurance, or simply taking the time to connect, he helps our residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home.

As we celebrate National Wellness Month, we also celebrate team members like Brent who show us what looks like through the care they provide each day.

What a beautiful Summer Garden Party! 🌿☀️

We were grateful to welcome prospective families for an afternoon of delicious food, great conversation, and a chance to experience the warmth of our Ivy Terrace community. It was also wonderful to see a few visiting family members who happened to stop by and enjoy the beautiful setting with their loved ones.

A heartfelt thank you to our talented Chef for preparing such a wonderful spread and to our Activities team for creating a peaceful garden atmosphere where everyone could relax and escape the summer heat. Your dedication made the afternoon truly special.

If you’ve spent any time around our dining room, you’ve probably seen Viri’s warm smile and caring heart in action. She takes the time to get to know our residents, remembers their preferences, and always makes them feel welcomed and cared for.

Our Culinary Director shared, “Viri always goes the extra mile for our residents. She pays attention to the little things and helps make every mealtime feel comfortable and familiar.”

At Ivy Terrace, we offer parallel programming throughout the day, meaning multiple activities happen at the same time to match different interests, abilities, and preferences. Whether someone enjoys music, games, exercise, crafts, conversation, or a quieter activity, there are options to choose from.
