The architecture behind regeneration.

InterOss® features a highly porous, three-dimensional structure designed to support predictable bone regeneration. Its interconnected macro- and micro-porosity creates an environment that promotes protein adsorption, early cell attachment, vascularization, and osteoblast migration throughout the graft.

With a trabecular architecture similar to natural bone, InterOss provides an osteoconductive scaffold that supports the body's natural healing process and long-term regenerative outcomes.

A failed endodontic case with extensive periapical pathology presented a significant regenerative challenge. Following thorough debridement and local antibiotic disinfection, Dr. Marcus Blue utilized SigmaOss™ Fiber and InterCollagen® Guide to reconstruct the defect and support healing.

The moldable fiber graft adapted predictably to the defect morphology while maintaining volume and stability throughout the regenerative process. Combined with InterCollagen® Guide, the treatment provided a protected environment for guided tissue regeneration and successful site development for future implant placement.

Designed to support predictable guided bone regeneration, InterCollagen® Guide features a naturally multi-layered structure with an interwoven collagen fiber architecture that mimics the extracellular matrix (ECM).

Its dense yet flexible design provides an effective barrier against soft tissue invasion while maintaining the space needed for bone regeneration. The multi-directional fiber network also contributes to excellent handling characteristics and tensile strength during surgical placement.

A membrane engineered to support regeneration from structure to function.

From carefully selected bovine mineral granules to a fully integrated collagen-mineral scaffold, every step in the manufacturing of InterOss® Collagen is designed to create a cohesive grafting material that supports handling, stability, and regenerative performance.

Unlike conventional mixtures, InterOss Collagen features a three-dimensional architecture where collagen fibers are integrated throughout the graft, interconnecting and stabilizing the mineral particles within a unified scaffold.

Watch how science, precision, and manufacturing expertise come together to create InterOss® Collagen.

A peri-implantitis-related bone defect presents both biological and regenerative challenges. In this featured clinical case, Dr. Alberto Monje demonstrates an evidence-based regenerative approach utilizing InterOss® combined with autogenous bone to support defect reconstruction and long-term stability.

The procedure highlights implant surface decontamination, defect management, graft stabilization with platelet-rich fibrin, and progressive bone reconstruction, followed by successful clinical and radiographic outcomes at the 2-year follow-up.

Regeneration begins with the right foundation.

InterOss® Collagen combines the osteoconductive properties of bovine mineral with the handling benefits of collagen to support predictable bone regeneration and graft stability. Its cohesive structure allows for easy adaptation to defect sites while helping maintain the regenerative space during healing.

Designed for efficient handling and clinical versatility, InterOss® Collagen supports clinicians in a wide range of grafting procedures with a material engineered for both performance and convenience.
