It's with a heavy heart that I share this message. My dear uncle—a devoted family man and well-loved member of his community-has recently moved into a care facility due to declining health. Letting go of his home has been incredibly emotional for all of us, and now we're faced with the difficult task of downsizing his belongings.
These are not just items-they're pieces of a lifetime filled with memories. Our hope is to find new homes where they'll be valued and appreciated.

Thai massage is often misunderstood as just stretching and manipulation.

Nuad Boran is an ancient traditional holistic healing practice. It begins with something deeper – working along the 10 Sen Sib lines, energy pathways that flow through our fascia, nerves, and blood vessels. By applying slow, intentional pressure, we release blockages and tension. When we find a restriction, we pause and ask the client to check in and breathe, allowing the nervous system to shift and calm. As the body relaxes clearing the sen lines creating space in the joints the muscle guarding begins to release. To truly be effective we need to go through these steps first and then we can begin gentle stretching. The key is listening to the body’s cues – if it’s ready, we deepen the stretch; if not, we wait. Thai massage is about tuning in to the body’s needs, not forcing it into submission.
