Self Care Sunday was a blast! So thankful for these lovely ladies for coming out. We each made a couple scrubs, personalized with different oils, bases and scents. We talked about our exfoliation rituals and other womanly things ✨ and it was magical! Everyone went home with goodies to keep their skin healthy and glowing. So much fun!!

I got the beautiful experience at the end of April to teach some incredible therapists in my neck work techniques. And I opened a new chapter in my professional development. My application to become a CE provider got submitted today! So fingers crossed for the next 6-8 weeks while it gets reviewed 🤞
But I'm so excited to share this new chapter. In addition to CEs for LMTs, I'll also be focusing on offering more classes and community workshops to help support everyone on their wellness journeys! ❤️ So keep your eyes peeled for more big news to come this year.
