One of the most common questions we hear is:

“Do you take my insurance?”

While insurance can be helpful, it isn’t always the best way to evaluate a healthcare provider.

Many people don’t realize that being out of network doesn’t automatically mean you can’t receive care or that reimbursement isn’t possible. In fact, depending on your plan, you may have out-of-network benefits available to you.

Our practice was built around providing personalized, patient centered care. Not maximizing insurance visits. That means more time spent understanding your goals, addressing the root cause of problems, and creating treatment plans tailored to your needs.

Healthcare decisions should be based on quality of care, trust, and outcomes…not simply whether a provider appears on an insurance directory.

✨ Long overdue, but we’re so excited to officially introduce Diana, our newest part-time administrative assistant! ✨

Diana joined our team back in February, and she has already become such a welcoming and caring presence in our office. Originally from San Diego, Diana has lived all over the country before eventually relocating to Fuquay-Varina in 2022 after marrying her husband.

After an incredible 24-year career in accounting, Diana retired in June 2025 and now brings her love for people, customer service skills, and genuine compassion to our practice. One of the things we adore most about her is how much she truly enjoys connecting with others, hearing their stories, and making everyone feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

When she’s not in the office, Diana enjoys NFL football (especially cheering on the Dallas Cowboys 🏈), crocheting, cooking, horseback riding, motorcycles, and spending time outdoors. Most importantly, she cherishes time with her children and grandsons.

We are so thankful to have Diana as part of our team. If you haven’t met her yet, be sure to say hello at your next visit! 💙
