Buying another wearable pump probably isn’t going to fix the problem you’re having with your current wearable pump.
Yes, even if you already own one. Or two. Or three. Or four. No judgment. I know how we got here.
I LOVE wearable pumps. They can make pumping more convenient, more sustainable, and sometimes make the difference between continuing to pump and being completely over it.
But they require a little more finesse than the internet would have you believe.
Fit matters. Fl**ge shape matters. Bra fit matters. Your tissue matters. And the actual programming of the pump matters because your body may respond beautifully to one pump and give another one absolutely nothing.
And no, grabbing some inserts off Amazon and sticking whichever one looks close into the cup doesn’t automatically solve all of that.
Wearables have become a dime a dozen, and marketing makes them look incredibly simple.
Put it in your bra. Push a button. Milk magically appears.
Sometimes? Absolutely.
Other times, you don’t need another pump. You need to figure out why the one you already spent $200 on isn’t working.
Before you add wearable number 5 to the collection, let’s figure out what’s actually going on.
