All “Bad knees” are impact and loading intolerances.
“bad Knees” = weak knees = poor impact tolerance.
This leads to mobility deficits, stability difficulties, and strength loss.
I’ve seen a lot of overuse knee injuries mostly from high reps, some overloading, in youth athletes. The common theme, most of them have struggled with impact, not absorbing through the entire legs, landing very stiff.
