At our event tent, we’re offering a FREE Runner’s Optimization Screen that looks at three key qualities every runner needs:
1) Calf Endurance
2) Single-Leg Control
3) Impact Tolerance & Stability
Using three simple tests, we’ll identify strengths, asymmetries, and potential areas for improvement that may affect your running performance and durability.
The goal is to help you better understand how your body handles the demands of running.
Every participant will receive:

- Individual recommendations
