Acupressure is now on the table! I have completed my second training of the year.

What will be different about my massages? This class focused on indirect treatment of pain and discomfort. This is very helpful when the problem area is too tender to work directly. This can also be a great way to prepare an area of the body for direct work by softening the tenderness.

If you are interested in learning more about how acupressure works or want to see if it will provide you some much needed relief, please ask about it at your next session!

Super excited to announce that I have completed my Deep Lymphatic Massage Training! I will be adding lymphatic flushing to the beginning and end of my session. Additionally, I will be offering a 3-session series to target and flush the lymphatic system for my same great price!

Want to get the most out of the series? Schedule 1 session a week for 3 weeks and if you schedule and pay for all 3 sessions, I'll knock off 20% for the 3 sessions. (This offer is only good at my Fuquay location)

What makes deep lymphatic different? After we get the lymph nodes clear and flowing, we will go deeper and flush the metabolic waste between the deep muscles of the body. We will also go through and find where fluid has become stagnant and feels hard to the touch and begin to soften and flush.
