Yoga Moon is pleased to announce a new class--Aging Gracefully--on Mondays and Fridays at 9:30 AM, This yoga class is offered for anyone aged 60+ (all ages are welcome!) who is wanting to learn how to use movement, stretching, and mindfulness to increase flexibility, strength, and balance--those attributes one may desire in order to to age gracefully. This is a gentle, slow flow, but you may notice a little glisten - so dress accordingly.
Pilot launch April 15, with regular scheduling starting April 29.
