Low energy? Low motivation?
Low libido?

You don't have to accept feeling "off" as part of getting older. Low testosterone can affect your energy, mood, strength, body composition, and s*xual health-but treatment options are available.

Common signs of Low-T include:
✔️Persistent fatigue
✔️Decreased s*x drive
✔️Erectile dysfunction
✔️Loss of lean muscle mass
✔️Increased body fat, especially around the midsection

🩸A simple blood test is the first step toward finding answers.

Why am I forming kidney stones❓

Causes:
▪️Too much or too little exercise
Obesity
▪️Too much sugar, salt, or animal protein in your diet
▪️Some medications, including certain antibiotics and diuretics
▪️Family history
▪️Certain medical conditions, such as Crohn's disease and type 2 diabetes
▪️Not drinking enough water
▪️Weight loss surgery

🚻One in ten people will have kidney stones in their lifetime.

Kidney stones are formed when your urine has a high concentration of minerals and other substances like calcium, oxalate, and uric acid that come together to make crystals. These crystals stick together to make one or more stones.
Some of the causes of kidney stones include not drinking enough water, obesity, preference for salty or sugary foods, infection, family history and genetics. Symptoms include pain in the flank, stomach ache, blood in the urine, nausea, fever and chills, cloudy or smelly urine. Some people have kidney stones and never know because they do not have any symptom.

💧Keeping your body hydrated will help to prevent the formation of kidney stones. It is advisable that men should take 3.7 litres of water while women should take 2.7 litres daily.
🚹Kidney stones are much more common in males.

Treatment options depend on the size of the stone and its location in the urinary system. Treatments range from giving the suffering patient strong pain control medications while the patient passes the stone through the urinary system and/or medications to relax the urinary system allowing the stone to pass more easily through the urinary system. Small stones located in the lower third of the ureter require the use of a ureteroscope. Larger stones are removed using a surgical procedure called percutaneous nephrolithotomy.

Passing one stone doesn't mean it's over. Without finding the real cause, kidney stones can come back
The first stone should be the start of answers-not the end of the story.

There are different types of kidney stones, and each has its own cause and treatment.

💦Stay hydrated! Protect your kidneys!
