For our rehab patients, our facilities provide therapeutic services and skilled nursing care to get you well again as soon as possible, in a safe and home-like environment. Our therapists work together with an interdisciplinary team to formulate a plan of care under the guidance of your personal physician to meet your goals for improvement. We are proud to offer an environment conducive to healing, with welcoming, well-lighted spaces for meeting with friends and families, both indoors and out. Monthly activities include social gatherings, holiday festivities, games, discussions, religious programs and community outings. Our schedules and events are constantly updated and improved on to reflect the interests of our residents. 🥤✨ Dirty Soda Bar Day at Brookview Healthcare Center! ✨🥤

Thursday we turned up the fun with a Dirty Soda Bar loaded with all the bells and whistles! Staff enjoyed creating their own delicious treats with flavored syrups, cold foam, whipped cream, and plenty of sweet extras to make every drink unique.

There were lots of smiles, laughter, and refreshing creations as everyone mixed and matched their favorite flavors. It's amazing how a simple treat can bring so much joy and spark great conversations!

Our CNA Week cookout was truly one for the books! We enjoyed delicious chicken, steaks, burgers, baked beans, potato salad, deviled eggs, and mac and cheese. The desserts were amazing too—banana pudding and chocolate pound cake that were simply to die for!

A huge thank you to everyone who prepared the food and worked so hard to make this cookout possible. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.
