After pics are nothing without good before pics!

Most people expect the consultation to be a conversation. It absolutely is, but it’s also when we take your before photos. Before photos do more than most people realize.

Dr. Zochowski uses them to plan your surgery and he refers to them in the operating room. They also serve as documentation of your starting point.

For those that do not want implants, but would like some additional volume, a fat transfer to the breast may be an option.

What it does well: it uses your own fat, taken by liposuction from an area like your abdomen or thighs, to add a modest amount of volume and soften the shape of the breast. No implant involved, and you get some contouring where the fat came from.

What it doesn’t do: it won’t lift. If your breasts sit lower than you’d like, adding fat won’t move them up. It also won’t create that full, rounded look at the top of the breast. That upper pole fullness typically comes from an implant.

One more thing worth knowing. Not all of the transferred fat survives, so the result you see right after surgery isn’t the final one.
