New Creation Adult Day Training Center New Creation ADT is a small center with A LOT of love! Our mission is to provide high quality educational and leisure services to adults w/ special needs.

Interested? Call or email us to schedule a tour of our center. We tailor our training to address not only our individuals' needs, but we strive to help them fulfill their dreams and desires, too. Each day our participants will engage in a vast array of activities of their choice. We are an APD licensed facility and are currently offering opportunities to Med Waiver, CDC+ and private pay clients. E

☀️WHAT A SUMMER IT’S BEEN AT NCADT!☀️

We know it’s been a little while since we’ve popped up on your Facebook feed… but trust us, there’s a VERY good reason! 😍

WE’VE BEEN TOO BUSY HAVING AN ABSOLUTE BLAST! 🎉🙌

This summer has been filled with adventures, laughter, learning, friendships, and SO many amazing memories! 🥰

Our NCADT crew has been out in the community enjoying yummy restaurants 🍕🍔, participating in Special Olympics bowling 🎳, hanging out with the amazing Alachua County Fire Department 🚒, dancing with Smooth Flava Dance and making TONS of memories along the way! 🧡

And we can’t forget our AMAZING UF OT doctoral students! 🐊🧡 They brought so much joy, energy, creativity, and excitement to our program this summer. We absolutely loved having them with us and are so thankful for the time we shared! 🥰

Of course, we’ve still been busy at the center with our favorite arts & crafts 🎨, life skills 🧺, academics 📚, and LOTS of fun!

We truly feel so blessed to spend our days with such an incredible group of participants. 🧡

Today we celebrate the freedoms we enjoy, the strength of our communities, and the amazing individuals and families we are honored to serve.

💙 Happy Father’s Day from all of us at New Creation Adult Day Training! 💙

Today, we celebrate the incredible fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who love, support, and advocate for their children with special needs at every stage of life.

Fathering a child or adult with disabilities comes with unique joys and challenges. It means being a protector, a teacher, an encourager, and often the strongest voice in their corner. Your patience, sacrifice, and unconditional love make a lasting difference and help your loved ones thrive.

To all the dads who show up day after day, celebrate every milestone, and love without limits, thank you. Your impact reaches far beyond your family, and we are honored to walk alongside you.

Happy Juneteenth from New Creation Adult Day Training! ❤️💛💚🖤

Today, our participants enjoyed learning about the history and significance of Juneteenth through fun and educational activities that celebrated freedom, culture, and community.

We also had the opportunity to join Santa Fe College’s annual Juneteenth Celebration, where we enjoyed music and honoring this important day with others in our community.

At NCADT, we love creating meaningful experiences that combine learning, fun, and community involvement. We are thankful for opportunities to celebrate history and embrace the diversity that makes our community so special.

🌟 We know it’s been a while since our last update, so here’s a glimpse of what we’ve been up to at New Creation ADT! 🌟

🎳 Our New Creation Special Olympics athletes have been hard at work during bowling season and are having a great time each week!

From community outings, visits to the UF Horticulture Program, and performing for our friends at Al’z Place to dance sessions with Smooth Flava, our participants have been staying active, engaged, and connected. 💃❤️

A special thank you to the UF Occupational Therapy students for volunteering their time, talents, and creativity by developing fun and engaging activities for our participants, and to Epilepsy Alliance Florida for providing valuable staff training.

We’ve been having such a fun and fulfilling time at New Creation Adult Day Training! 💚

Our participants have been out and about enjoying some amazing experiences lately. We had a great visit to the University of Florida Horticulture Program, where everyone got to explore, learn, and enjoy the beauty of nature 🌿

We also turned up the energy and danced our hearts out with the fabulous ladies from Smooth Flava Dance, Gainesville Chapter there were smiles, laughter, and lots of great moves! 💃🏽✨

And of course, one of the highlights was spending time with our special visitors, therapy dogs Slick and Sahara 🐾 They brought so much joy and comfort to everyone!

We’re also excited to share our new partnership with the Special Olympics Special Smiles program. They have been visiting our center to work with our participants and teach the importance of dental health, including proper brushing, flossing, and overall oral hygiene to help keep those smiles healthy and bright 😁🦷

Along with all the fun, we’ve been staying consistent with our daily programming and continuing to build independence by working on ADLs. Our participants are learning, growing, and truly enjoying every moment.

We’ve had an exciting and productive time at NCADT! Recently, we partnered with the University of Florida’s Horticulture Program to offer therapeutic horticulture services to our incredible participants. Our first session took place this week at UF’s Wilmot Botanical Gardens, where everyone enjoyed a meaningful experience filled with learning and exploration.🌸🌺🌻

We also had another fantastic session with Smooth Flava Dance, Gainesville Chapter. The instructors brought so much energy and encouragement, and we had a great time putting on our dancing shoes and learning fun line dances together.💃🏽🕺🪭

In addition, we proudly celebrated World Autism Day, a time dedicated to raising awareness, promoting acceptance and honoring neurodiversity. 🧩❤️

And of course, we continued enjoying our regular activities, including crafts and building independence through activities of daily living (ADLs). 🎨 ♻️. It’s been a joyful and enriching week all around!
