Introducing 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗯: A strength & conditioning class built just for dancers.

Inside this 4 (or 8) week series, you'll work on gaining:
✔️ Higher, stronger extensions
✔️ Better balance + control
✔️ More stability in turns and transitions
✔️ A stronger core that actually supports your dancing

Before you go down a labral tear rabbit hole, listen up 👀

A diagnosis on an MRI doesn't always tell the whole story. Many people with labral tears have little to no pain, while others continue to struggle even after addressing the tear itself.

Understanding how your body moves, loads, and adapts is often just as important as understanding what's on your scan.

Patient Spotlight: Kate ✨

After being told she would likely need a fourth hip surgery to live without daily pain, Kate came to On Pointe Wellness hoping there was another option.

As a lifelong dancer and dance teacher, she wanted to keep doing what she loved without constantly compensating or worrying about pain.

Instead of jumping straight to surgery, Dr. Jenna took an individualized approach focused on movement patterns, reducing inflammation, and helping Kate’s body move more efficiently as a whole.

And little by little, things started to change.

Now, Kate is back to teaching dance, moving confidently, and living pain free — without another surgery.

Hip pain that won't quit??

Start looking at HOW your body is moving.

Coordination and stability are usually the biggest driving factors in why your symptoms won't go away... even after you've done all the stretching, strengthening and foam rolling.

It's usually not what you are doing thats the problems.. it's how your doing it.
