A stronger season starts NOW!
Introducing 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗟𝗮𝗯: A strength & conditioning class built just for dancers.
Inside this 4 (or 8) week series, you'll work on gaining:
✔️ Higher, stronger extensions
✔️ Better balance + control
✔️ More stability in turns and transitions
✔️ A stronger core that actually supports your dancing

Program Details:
📅 Tuesdays | 5–6 PM
✨ Session 1: June 30 – July 22
✨ Session 2: July 28 – August 18
📍 Max 4 dancers per group
