A healthy gut starts with what you put on your plate. 🍎πŸ₯¦πŸ«˜πŸ₯•

Fiber helps support digestion, promotes regular bowel movements, and nourishes the beneficial bacteria that live in your gut. Try incorporating more fruits, vegetables, beans, and whole grains into your meals throughout the week. Small changes can make a big difference in your digestive health over time.

What is your favorite fiber-rich food? Tell us in the comments!

Occasional heartburn is common, but frequent symptoms may be a sign of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). An estimated 20% of U.S. adults experience GERD, with men more likely to develop complications such as Barrett's esophagus and esophageal cancer.

Common symptoms include:

βœ… Regurgitation
βœ… Chest Discomfort
βœ… Chronic Cough
βœ… Difficulty Swallowing

Managing symptoms early can help prevent long-term complications and improve quality of life.

Colon cancer is the third-leading cause of cancer-related deaths in men in the US. Approximately 1 in 25 men will be diagnosed with colon cancer during their lifetime. Regular screening can help detect cancer early and even prevent cancer altogether.

A colonoscopy can find and remove precancerous polyps before they become cancer. If you're age 45 or older, or have a family history of colon cancer, talk to your provider about when screening is right for you.

When it comes to colorectal cancer, family history matters.

If a parent, sibling, or close relative has had colon cancer or precancerous polyps, your risk may be higher β€” and screening may need to begin before age 45. Knowing your family history and talking with your provider about the right screening plan could make all the difference.

Preventive care is about protecting more time, more memories, and more moments with the people you love. πŸ’™
