He has coached his son's basketball team and his daughter's soccer teams in middle school. His wife is a weight loss specialist and family physician in Ashburn. His hobbies include traveling, exercise and golf. Dr. Ali is a Virginia native and grew up in Herndon/Warrenton. In her free time she enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family, and playing with her pet cat, Luna.
