Maybe you can already name your pattern. That's not the part that's stuck.

You think you just need better boundaries. But saying yes when you mean no isn't a boundaries problem — it's a nervous system safety response your body hasn't caught up on yet.

Someone texts you at 9pm asking for a favor, and you type "of course!" before you've even finished reading the message.

This isn't a willpower problem. Naming the pattern doesn't stop it, because it doesn't live in the part of you that names things.

Here's what it feels like when it shifts: you read the message, you feel the old pull to say yes immediately, and you pause.

Long enough to actually ask yourself what you want to say back.

This is what the Embodied Navigation Framework, the somatic, trauma-informed method behind Liberate Your Wild, is built for. Not explaining the pattern to you again. Helping your nervous system practice a different response until it becomes possible.

This doesn't mean something is wrong with you. It means the part of you that learned to say yes first was trying to keep you safe.

If you saw yourself in any of this, I'd love for you to take a closer look at Liberate Your Wild, my 8-week somatic healing program for people-pleasing and over-functioning patterns.

Comment WILD and I'll send you all the details.

Today's the last day to apply and receive The Essential Somatic Toolkit, my 4-part self-paced course to support your somatic healing, absolutely free!

Applications close September 14th.

Lately, I've been thinking a lot about what survival asks of us.
Not just what we've lived through...
But what we've quietly set aside in order to make it through.

Our joy.
Our playfulness.
Our voice.
Our rest.
Our creativity.
Our trust.
Sometimes even the feeling of knowing who we are.

It breaks my heart because I don't believe those parts of us are gone.

I think they've simply been waiting.
Waiting for enough safety.
Enough compassion.
Enough space to emerge again.

Maybe that's why I love this work so much.
Not because I get to watch people become someone new.
But because I get to witness people remember themselves.
I get to watch someone laugh a little more freely.

Speak up for what they need.
Rest without apologizing.
Trust the quiet wisdom of their own body.
And slowly begin to recognize themselves again.
That feels sacred to me.

It's also why Liberate Your Wild exists.
Not to help you become a better version of yourself.

But to gently support you in coming home to the parts of you that have been there all along.

🌿 If your heart has been whispering that it's ready for something different, I'd love to invite you into this journey.

And if you'd like to connect before joining, please reach out.

I'd love to hear what's on your heart, answer your questions, and explore whether Liberate Your Wild feels like the right place for you right now.

Applications close September 14th.
Applying doesn't commit you to anything. It simply begins the conversation.

Not enough time. Not enough money. Let's talk about both.

These are the two questions I hear most before someone applies to Liberate Your Wild, my somatic, trauma-informed program for nervous system healing.

"I'm not sure I have the time." → This asks for about 1.5–2.5 hours a week: modules, integration practices, and live calls.
Every session is recorded, so if life happens (and it will), you won't fall behind.

"I can't do one big payment." → I completely understand, finances can be a real struggle, and I built this with that in mind.

There are three tiers (Community, Sustainer, Supporter), so you can choose what actually fits your life right now, not one fixed price. And every tier offers four ways to pay: in full, one payment each month for two months, weekly payments over four weeks, or weekly payments over eight weeks.

Scholarships are also held for BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ community members.

If you apply by August 31st, you'll receive The Essential Somatic Toolkit as my gift to you — a self-paced, 4-part series to start with before Module 1 opens.

Applications are open through September 14th.

There's no pressure when you apply. It simply begins the conversation.

Comment WILD and I'll send you all the details.

You pick up for everyone. Who picks up for you?

If you're the one people call first when something falls apart, and usually the last one they think to call when you need something, this might be for you.

You look capable and put-together from the outside, while quietly carrying stress, self-doubt, or a sense of disconnection no one else can see.

You can probably name a pattern of yours in detail. And still watch yourself repeat it.

You've done the work to survive well. You're ready to do the work to feel alive.

None of this means something is wrong with you. It means you're ready for a different kind of work.

Liberate Your Wild is an 8-week somatic and parts-based journey built for exactly this.

If it's calling to you, comment WILD and I'll send you all the details.

Apply by August 31st and receive The Essential Somatic Toolkit — my self-paced, 4-part series — as a gift, before your cohort even begins.

Insight told you why. It never told you how to change it.

You can understand your pattern perfectly and still watch yourself repeat it. That gap isn't a willpower problem, it's a nervous system response your body hasn't caught up on yet. It's the reason Liberate Your Wild, my somatic, trauma-informed 8-week program, is built the way it is.

The Embodied Navigation Framework is a gentle, trauma-informed way of finding your way back to yourself.
It's not a framework to complete once and check off. It's a spiral you return to, again and again — Orient, Map, Navigate, Liberate — each time with more awareness, capacity, and choice.

Orient. Coming into honest relationship with the present moment. Before you can heal or choose differently, you have to know where you are, not where you think you should be.

Map. Befriending your inner landscape with compassionate curiosity. Not a diagnosis. Not a label. A way of understanding how survival strategies once served you, so confusion can become coherence, and self-judgment can become understanding.

Navigate. Moving forward with embodied agency, integrity, and choice. Responding from a regulated, resourced place instead of automatic survival, choosing alignment over habit.

Liberate. Experience more authenticity, more connection, more of your own aliveness. Not becoming someone new. Coming home to who you've always been.

Orient, Map, Navigate, Liberate. Not a straight line. A spiral, so healing can happen at a pace your nervous system can trust.

This is the flow Liberate Your Wild is built on.

If it's calling to you, comment WILD and I'll send you all the details.

Apply by August 31st and I'll send you The Essential Somatic Toolkit — my self-paced, 4-part series — so you have a few tools in hand before Module 1 even begins.

Applications close September 14th.

One of the most compassionate shifts I've experienced in my own healing—and witnessed in the people I work with—is this:

We stop asking,
"How do I get rid of this pattern?"

And we begin asking,
"Does this pattern still serve the life I'm trying to create?"

That's a very different question.

Because the goal isn't to judge the parts of ourselves that learned how to survive.
The goal is to honor them.
To understand them.
To appreciate how hard they've worked to protect us.

And then...
To gently ask whether they're still needed.

Maybe people-pleasing helped you stay connected when saying "no" didn't feel safe.
Maybe perfectionism helped you feel worthy in environments where mistakes weren't welcomed.
Maybe staying busy kept you moving through seasons that felt impossible to slow down in.

Those patterns aren't wrong.
They're intelligent.

The question is...
Are they helping you create the life your heart is longing to live today?

Because there comes a moment in many healing journeys when we realize...
The very strategies that once protected us can also keep us from experiencing deeper connection, authentic relationships, true rest, self-trust, joy, and aliveness.

Not because they've failed us.
But because we've grown.

That's the heart of Liberate Your Wild.

Together, we'll gently explore the patterns that once helped you survive while creating enough safety to discover new ways of relating—to yourself, to others, and to the life you're longing to live.

🌿 If this conversation has been feeling like it's speaking directly to you, I'd love to invite you into Liberate Your Wild.

It's an 8-week online journey through the wisdom of the Body, Mind, Heart, and Spirit for thoughtful, self-aware humans who are ready to move beyond surviving and cultivate greater self-trust, authenticity, connection, and aliveness.

Comment WILD and I'll send you all the info.
If you'd like to connect before joining, please reach out. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

08/23/2026

As a new week begins, I wonder...

What would it feel like to move through it with just a little more gentleness?
A little more presence.
A little more trust.

Not because life suddenly became easier…
But because you began relating to yourself differently.

Maybe that's what healing is.
Not waiting until everything around us changes.

But learning how to stay connected to ourselves while life continues unfolding.

As we head into a new week, I'd love to leave you with one question:
What would help you feel more like yourself this week?

Hold that question gently.
See what arises.

🌿 And if you're ready to spend eight weeks intentionally cultivating that relationship with yourself, Liberate Your Wild was created for exactly that.

Together, we'll explore the wisdom of your body, mind, heart, and spirit while practicing the skills that help you move from surviving to living with greater self-trust, authenticity, connection, and aliveness.

Enrollment is now open. I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

If you've been following along this month and quietly thinking...
"This is exactly where I am."

I want you to know something.
You're not behind.
You're not doing healing "wrong."

And you probably don't need another book, podcast, or framework to analyze yourself.

What you may be longing for is a place to slow down.

A place where healing isn't something you simply understand—but something you begin to experience.

That's why I created Liberate Your Wild.
Not to give you more information.
But to create a space where you can gently reconnect with yourself.

Over eight weeks, we'll explore the wisdom of your body, mind, heart, and spirit through experiential practices, meaningful reflection, live integration calls, and a compassionate community of fellow travelers.

Together, we'll practice building a different relationship with ourselves—one rooted in curiosity instead of criticism, self-trust instead of self-doubt, and authenticity instead of survival.

Because healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you are beneath everything you've had to do to survive.

🌿 If your heart is quietly whispering, "I think I need this," I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

Enrollment for Liberate Your Wild is now open.

The link is in my bio, and if you'd like to connect before deciding, please reach out. I'd love to chat and help you discern whether this feels like the right next step for you.

Have you ever felt like healing meant becoming a "better" version of yourself?
Less anxious.
Less reactive.
Less emotional.
More confident.
More productive.
More "together."

I think so many of us begin our healing journey believing that's the goal.

That if we just read enough books...
Go to enough therapy...
Understand ourselves deeply enough...
We'll finally become the person we've been trying so hard to be.

But somewhere along the way, something shifted for me.
I began to realize that healing wasn't asking me to become someone different.

It was inviting me into a different relationship with myself.
One where I listened to my body instead of overriding it.
Met my protective patterns with curiosity instead of criticism.
Made space for my heart instead of trying to outrun it.
Remembered that the wisest parts of me had been there all along—waiting patiently to be heard.

That's the heart of Liberate Your Wild.
Not becoming someone new.

Remembering who you are beneath the survival strategies that once helped you make it through.
If you've done so much work and still find yourself wondering, "Why do I still feel disconnected from myself?" ...this journey was created with you in mind.

Over eight weeks, we'll gently explore your inner landscape through the wisdom of the body, mind, heart, and spirit. Together, we'll move beyond simply understanding your patterns and begin cultivating a deeper relationship with yourself—one rooted in compassion, self-trust, authenticity, and aliveness.

🌿 Enrollment is now open, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you.

If your heart is wondering whether this is the right next step, I'd love to connect. The link is in my bio, or feel free to send me a message.
