Today is World Mental Health Day; we wanted to take a few moments to let you know that you matter and you don’t have to do this alone. The funeral home is a safe space to speak about your fears, your worries, and any grief you are feeling inside you. We want to see you live a long, happy life—don’t carry it alone.

This can be an uncomfortable thing to talk about, please know we are here to help through the hard parts of life.

October is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. 1 in 4 pregnancies in the United States end in miscarriage and 1 and 160 end in stillbirth…behind those statics is a name, a memory, and a family navigating a life long journey of grief. We see you. We hear you. We want to honor and validate the journey and nuances you have experienced in your loss.

On October 15th, you can participate in the international “Wave of Light.” Across the world, families light a candle in their home at 7pm to create a wave of light honoring babies lost too soon.
