For this case, Dr. M combined porcelain veneers on teeth #7 and #10 with custom crowns on #8 and #9. A gingivectomy on #9 was also performed during preparation to create ideal tissue symmetry and achieve a beautifully balanced, natural-looking smile.

The final result is beautiful… but the planning behind it is even more interesting. 👀
