👏 Shoutout to our amazing Rehabilitation Services team!

Our therapists help patients of all ages move better, feel stronger and get back to the activities they love. From recovering after surgery or an injury to improving balance, mobility and everyday function, they provide personalized care every step of the way.

Services include orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation, sports and work injuries, balance and vestibular therapy, neurological rehabilitation, pelvic health, lymphedema care, and more — along with occupational and speech therapy.

Today, an incredible group of men came together for our annual Prostate Cancer Fighter & Survivor Breakfast. 💙

It was a meaningful morning centered around shared experiences, connection, the latest treatment information, and—most importantly—hope.

To everyone who joined us: thank you for sharing your stories, your strength and your encouragement with one another. Your willingness to connect reminds us that no one has to walk this journey alone.

For those currently navigating prostate cancer or life after treatment, Midwest Medical Center is here to support you along the way. Our team offers compassionate, coordinated care through primary care, urology, counseling, pelvic health physical therapy, nutrition services and fitness.

Because caring for you means caring for the whole you—through every step of the journey.

A little fall magic has arrived in the Healing Garden! 🍂✨

Our garden elves have been busy, and thanks to one of our wonderful Auxiliary members, this cheerful scarecrow is now keeping watch over the garden.

We love seeing the Healing Garden change with the seasons and are so grateful for the special touches that make it such a welcoming place for patients, visitors and staff. If you haven't, check it out next time you're here! 🌻🎃

🍗 Broasted Chicken Dinner Fundraiser!

Join the Midwest Medical Center Auxiliary Foundation for a delicious evening of broasted chicken and dessert on Thursday, October 15 from 5–7 PM at the Galena Elks Club.

🎟 Tickets are $18 and must be purchased in advance. Tickets are available at Whispering Willow Gift Shop at Midwest Medical Center or from an Auxiliary member.

Proceeds support the work of the Midwest Medical Center Auxiliary, which has raised more than $400,000 since 2008 to help enhance patient care in our community.
