The new affliction of this century is what cell phones are doing to our necks&shoulders!
Our heads weigh about twelve pounds and have no stress when it's place above neck and shoulder.
But if you lower your head ONE INCH you add ten pounds of stress to your neck and shoulders.
And your lowered head adds another twelve more pounds for a total of twenty-two pounds.
If you look at the average person texting they are placing forty-two pounds of pressure because they lower their heads three inches!
It seems almost everyone I get on a massage table "kneads" more work on necks than anywhere.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR NECK IN IT'S PROPER PLACE.
