💚 Mental Health Matters 💚
May is Mental Health Awareness Month! As this month comes to a close we hope you know that mental health is just as important as physical health. Yet so many people struggle in silence, feeling like they have to carry their burdens alone.
The truth is: it’s okay to not be okay.
Mental health challenges can affect anyone. 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. live with a mental health condition. Anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and burnout are real, and seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Today, let’s choose compassion over judgment, understanding over stigma, and support over silence. Check in on your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors. A simple conversation can make a lasting difference.
Remember:
✨ You are not alone.
✨ Your feelings are valid.
✨ Asking for help is courageous.
✨ Healing is possible.
Let’s continue creating a community where mental health is openly discussed, support is readily available, and everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
Because every mind matters. Every story matters. Every person matters. And it’s okay if your serotonin is store bought. 💚
