Last week of teaching yoga in TN. Last two chances to come practice with me. Tuesday 5:30pm and Thursday 9am.

I have loved teaching you yoga on the square for the last 5 years and teaching people all around Nashville for the last 10. But my teaching time here is coming to a close. My last class here will be June 27th. So you have about 6 more weeks to come take a class with me. I’d love to see some regulars and familiar faces in the studio and practice with you before I leave.

Classes will continue in our space in July taught by and I’ll post their schedule and how to register for classes soon!

We have loved this event so much in the past and are so excited to offer it again. This event will be held where we will have a meditation to set and focus on our intentions and pot them up with a plant to take home. We only have 10 spots to sign up quick!
