🌟 Resident of the Week: Meet Kay McMillan! 🌟

This week, we’re excited to shine the spotlight on Kay! ❤️

Originally from Colora, Maryland, Kay has lived a life full of wonderful memories, from raising her beautiful family to riding motorcycles from the time she was just one year old and earning her license at 16! 🏍️

She enjoys quilting, loves seafood, and you’ll often find her listening to Kenny Chesney or Ray Orbison. When asked for her advice, Kay shared something we could all use a little more of:

“Follow your dreams.” ✨

At Spring Home, every resident has a unique story that deserves to be celebrated. We are honored to learn from their experiences, cherish their memories, and share in the moments that make our community feel like home.

We celebrated National Strawberry Sundae Day with a classic favorite… strawberry sundaes! There were lots of smiles, plenty of laughter, and, of course, a few requests for extra whipped cream.

It’s afternoons like these that remind us it’s often the little things that bring the biggest smiles. Whether we’re celebrating a national holiday or simply enjoying dessert together, every day is another opportunity to make memories with friends who feel like family. ✨

There is something truly special about celebrating the Fourth of July at Spring Home. 🇺🇸❤️

Our community was filled with smiling faces, families making memories, residents laughing with friends, children playing games, delicious food, live entertainment, and the incredible support of our professional partners, Galloway Township Ambulance Squad, Galloway Township Police Department, and Galloway Township Councilwoman Ro Goldberg!

This is what life at Spring Home is all about. It is about opening our doors, bringing generations together, building lasting relationships, and creating a place where everyone feels like family. The moments shared today are the moments that make our community so much more than assisted living. They are the moments that make it home.✨

To everyone who celebrated with us, thank you for being part of such an unforgettable day. We are so proud to be part of the Galloway community and grateful to share these experiences with the people we serve.

Spring Home at Galloway was proud to sponsor last night’s B-Street Band concert at the JCC of Atlantic County in Margate.

As a community, we believe some of the most meaningful connections happen outside our walls. Partnering with organizations like the JCC allows us to celebrate, support, and engage with the people who make our region such a special place to call home.
