Accepts purpose to understanding submission

Authority, explanations, established in statute.

Silence is often repeatedly purpose, hoping you collapse.

Your agency, manageable calmly speak mi do not perform.

Resistance theatrically, consistently moral.

Inversion framed as danger. Disruptive irresponsible.

Order to justify, protections, emphasize compliance, lawful process.

Not oppositional. Let the record show.

Most dangerous is this has been more than twice.

Not a single isolated feeds escalation and invites containment. not fear, suppression.

Protocol, automatically, facts.

They're wrong, philosophically, unsafe, strategically actually a challenge speaking

December, 2024 reached out to U.S. Civil Rights Division.
Was told New Mexico has more then enough resources to provide speedy remedies.

Upon this I firmly Was aware New Mexico is a sovereign state with more than enough resources.

Delegated authority is not absolute authority.

PUBLIC-INTEREST CORRECTION

The public has a right to know that New Mexico’s child-safety issue is not limited to Meta or CYFD.

A prior multi-year documented record exists showing that child-safety concerns and 48-hour mandate issues were placed before New Mexico public-duty channels across agencies, courts, commissions, claims channels, elected offices, oversight bodies, and media.

The record shows reporting, filings, service, notices, and documented communications.

What the record does not show is lawful investigation, referral accounting, written findings, merits adjudication, or correction.

New Mexico cannot fairly present itself as the child-safety enforcer against others while its own prior child-safety record remains unresolved.

This is not one person’s private issue.

This is a public-record issue, a public-trust issue, and a New Mexico accountability issue.
