Enchantment Physical Therapy is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for our Gallup clinic. You’ll be the first friendly face our patients see, helping with scheduling, check-ins, phone calls, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

We’re looking for someone who’s organized, dependable, kind, and enjoys working as part of a team. Customer service or front desk experience is a plus, and EMR experience is required.

✨ Full-time, Monday–Friday
📍 Gallup, NM
💲 $ 12.50- $ 14.00 per hour (base)

Celebrating 20 years of healing and serve to our community.🎉

Twenty years ago, Anthony and Patricia Arviso opened the first Native American–owned physical therapy clinic in New Mexico with a vision: to serve the underserved and uplift Indigenous communities through compassionate and culturally rooted care.

What started as a dream has grown into two decades of healing, empowerment, and impact. We are honored to continue walking alongside our community while restoring strength, restoring movement, and restoring hope.
