At Community Care Pediatrics – Saratoga, our goal is to provide timely, high-quality care for every child. As we head into a busy season with back-to-school, cold and flu, and other healthcare needs, we want to share an update to our no-show policy.
Over the past several months, we have experienced a significant increase in patients who do not show up for their scheduled appointments or cancel with very little notice. When this happens, it prevents us from offering these appointments to families who need care.
Effective September 1, 2026, a $50 fee will be charged for appointments that are:
* Missed without notice (no-shows), or
* Canceled with less than 24 business hours' notice
The good news is that this fee is easy to avoid. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know at least 24 business hours in advance by calling the office at 518-584-0355. This allows us to offer that appointment time to another child, including those who are sick or need urgent care.
