A common concern I see in my practice is excess skin and laxity in the inner thighs—especially after weight loss, pregnancy, or aging.

An inner thigh lift is a surgical procedure designed to remove loose skin and improve contour in the inner thigh area. In some cases, liposuction may be combined with the lift to enhance shaping, but when there is significant skin laxity, skin removal is the key to a smooth, natural result.

Abdominal muscle separation—also known as diastasis recti—is one of the most important components I evaluate and repair during a tummy tuck procedure.

In my practice, I often see this condition develop after pregnancy, significant weight changes, or natural weakening of the abdominal wall over time. It can lead to a persistent “bulge” that no amount of exercise alone can fully correct.
