32 pounds and 23 pounds. And they did it side-by-side together.

There’s something powerful that happens when a couple decides they’re done feeling sluggish… done guessing… done putting themselves last — and they choose to take action together.

This husband jumped into the Reset with his wife, and in just 6 weeks he released 32 pounds, while she lost 23. But the bigger win?

Sometimes we don’t realize how much we’ve traded until someone says it out loud.

This quote hit me because it’s true for so many of us… but it doesn’t have to stay that way.

Midlife can be a beautiful “both/and” season.
You can care for your health and enjoy the life you’ve worked so hard to build.

Some days, the best thing you can do for your health is step outside, breathe deep, and let your vagus nerve take the lead.

The vagus nerve is your body’s built-in reset button — the communication superhighway between your brain, heart, lungs, and gut. When it’s activated, everything shifts:
