Today, we remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the countless people who stepped forward to help on September 11, 2001. ❤️🇺🇸

We remember the first responders, the everyday people who helped strangers, and the boat captains and crews who came together to carry hundreds of thousands of people away from Manhattan to safety.

In one of our darkest moments, people showed us what it means to take care of one another.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Over the years, I’ve heard many of the same struggles come up again and again in the therapy room—overthinking, self-blame, stress, grief, anxiety, trouble sleeping, and feeling like you’re carrying too much.

That inspired me to start creating short guided meditations and mental wellness recordings that people can use outside of the therapy room, too.
