Not every breast augmentation ages the same.

Fourteen years after her original breast augmentation, this patient developed a waterfall deformity and desired a more natural, refreshed appearance. Her revision included removal of her previous implants, placement of smaller implants, and a breast lift to restore balance and shape.

This patient is a mom of two in her 40s who lost over 30 pounds with GLP-1 medication and wanted fuller, more lifted breasts—but without implants.

Using her own natural breast tissue, I performed a bilateral auto-augmentation mastopexy to restore upper pole fullness and improve breast shape. Fat grafting was then used to further enhance the upper poles, creating a soft, naturally fuller result without the use of implants.

These photos were taken approximately 4 months after surgery, when her results were already looking beautiful and will continue to mature as healing progresses.
