Join Emily and Billy Mikelson of Third Seven for a unique collaboration featuring live cello, crystal singing bowls, gongs, voice, and other therapeutic instruments as we create an immersive soundscape designed to support your nervous system and invite profound relaxation.

As the rich, resonant tones of the cello intertwine with the healing frequencies of sound, you’ll be guided into a meditative state where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and space is created to simply receive.

Whether you’re seeking rest, clarity, emotional renewal, or a moment to reconnect with yourself, this experience offers an opportunity to begin the week feeling grounded, open, and restored.
