We’re excited to be at Evangelica Church in Freeport today for this wonderful community event alongside the American Red Cross and the Betty's Breast Cancer Foundation.

Our Harmony Healthcare Long Island team is connecting with community members, providing valuable health education, and sharing information about the services and resources available to support their health and wellness.

We’re also proud to have two of our resident physicians on site providing free blood pressure screenings and promoting heart health awareness:

Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival or navigating the early days of parenthood, you don't have to do it alone.

Our WIC team is here to support you every step of the way. The program offers breastfeeding coaching, nutrition education, healthy food benefits for eligible families, and connections to additional community resources.
