Aloha Healing Hands I'm certified in Reiki 1 &2 at IMPART but I've been doing Reiki since I was a child. From my Mother's side, they are from Hawaii. Reiki is Universal Energy.

My great grandmother was a healer. Since I was a child I was told I have the healing touch. I am a certified Reiki Practioner. Rei which means Universal Life and Ki means energy in Japanese. Reiki is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy. It can help release energy blocks, physical pain, mental issues, emotions and stress.

Mikao Usui is the founder

of Reiki. He was born in Japan August 15th, 1865. Mikao Usui was the founder of a form of spiritual practice known as Reiki, used as a complementary therapy for the treatment of physical, emotional, and mental diseases.He brought Reiki to Hawaii where many people learned his knowledge and became Reiki Masters.

My family is from Hawaii. I always enjoyed massaging my family members and friends whenever they were in pain and was told I had a healing touch. It always came natural to me.

I use crystals while I do Reiki for my client. Brian plays with all my stones. It"s awesome because he doesn't know that it benefits him as well! These are beautiful crystals and stones to heal you! My Grandma had Breast Cancer. I had rose quartz by her bed side. Go to a metaphysical store and touch the crystals. The ones you need will jump at you as if its waving at you to pick me!! ha. Just being in the store will be healing!

Yep! So it took me a long time to actually ground myself! I'm always up in the air! My client who is a 9 yr old boy who has autism. I trained myself to ground myself during meditation. It wasn't easy but I have to do it everyday! If it wasn't for him. I would be so un balanced. God connected us together for a reason! I also wear Hematite and black tourmaline!

Before I couldn't even eat a tomato due to my acid relux. But this is clear as day to what a normal helathy tomatoe looks like. If you struggle with acid reflux due to stress. I've learned to not drink anything 30 min before eating, during and after eating will get rid of it! Also don't over eat! I haven't touched an anti acid pill. Its been a month and im so happy to kick Ranitidine to the curb! Bye bye drugs!
