Natalia Osuna is an RBT who has been in the field for two and a half years. She is currently pursuing a degree in Child Development and working toward beginning her path to becoming a BCBA.
Natalia has always known that she wanted to work with children, thanks in large part to the amazing teachers she had growing up. She committed to this career path at a young ageβ€”specifically in kindergartenβ€”when, with the help of her mom, she made a paper doll teacher for Career Day and confidently announced that she would never be anything else.
Although Natalia has had the opportunity to explore and observe many amazing fields, she is incredibly grateful that ABA is where she ultimately landed. The past couple of years have been more fulfilling than she could have ever imagined. The joy she experiences working alongside BSP staff, families, and kiddos is truly beyond words.
Natalia is excited to continue growing, learning, and seeing what the future holds for her at BSP.

Let’s celebrate our Spotlight Nominee: Rachel Cozma

Rachel graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She originally planned to pursue a career as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, but during her undergraduate internship, she spent several months working in an ABA clinic. She quickly discovered a passion for the field and grew a strong desire to know more about it. That is when Rachel decided to pursue a Direct Interventionist position here at BSP! Her ongoing experiences inspired her to pursue Applied Behavior Analysis as a long term career

Her long term goal is to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and continue helping clients and their families grow together and reach meaningful goals. She is currently preparing to apply to Master’s programs in ABA to continue her education and professional growth.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys going to the beach with friends, thrifting with an iced coffee in hand, and hiking to scenic viewpoints whenever she can.
