Absolutely — here it is clean and ready to copy/paste:

I’ve been focusing more on regulation lately — not just treatments, but how we help the nervous system come out of a sustained stress state.

A simple evening routine can make a meaningful difference:

– warm drink
– a few minutes with legs elevated
– slow, extended exhale breathing

Nothing complicated. Just giving your body a clear physiologic signal that it’s safe to downshift.

Sleep is where a significant amount of repair and recovery happens — but it begins with how we transition into it.

This is what that looks like for me tonight 🤍

The first photo was taken 10 years ago at Sophie’s First Communion.

I remember this dress very clearly. It technically fit… but just barely.
I was sucking in, the zipper was tight, my arms felt restricted, and everything felt compressed.

I found that same dress recently and put it on again.

And it fit. Comfortably.

Not perfect. Not tight. Just… normal.

What really stands out to me now is my face and neck.
I was carrying weight there in a way I didn’t fully recognize at the time—but I can see it clearly now.

Earlier this year, my labs had started to move into the prediabetic range.
That was my turning point.

I’ve always tried to eat reasonably well—balance, vegetables, being mindful of carbs—but I also had constant food noise and a real sweet tooth.

Starting a GLP-1 changed that.

The biggest shift wasn’t just the weight.
It was the quieting of that constant mental pull toward food.

The weight came off gradually—usually less than 10 pounds a month.
I didn’t rush it, and I felt good the whole time. I move better now. I feel lighter in a way that’s hard to explain unless you’ve experienced it.

But what matters most to me:

My A1C improved.
My lipids improved.

That weight wasn’t just cosmetic.
It was metabolically unhealthy weight.

And I’m really glad I listened to that signal when I did.

It was a great day. Wishing everyone a peaceful and happy Easter 🤍

HOLLY vs. THE SHRIMP 🍤

GLP-1 is working… sometimes a little too well.

When you’re on a GLP-1, appetite changes.
And sometimes that last bite of protein feels like a final boss battle.

But here’s the thing:

Protein still matters.
Fuel still matters.
Nourishment still matters — even when you’re not hungry.

Weight loss isn’t about starving yourself.
It’s about supporting your body while your physiology shifts.

Sometimes that support looks like:
• Finishing the shrimp
• Choosing Greek yogurt over nothing
• Making it fun so your ADHD brain cooperates

Real life on GLP-1 isn’t glamorous.
It’s practical.
It’s intentional.
And sometimes… it’s dramatic.

Victory is mine.

Rosacea isn’t just “sensitive skin.”

It’s an inflammatory loop involving the immune system, sensory nerves, and blood vessels.

When those systems become over-reactive, the cycle continues — unless something interrupts it.

This is based on my personal experience and my understanding of the science.

I’m shocked — the redness finally calmed down after NeoGen nitrogen plasma treatment.

Rosacea is more than redness — it’s inflammation, barrier dysfunction, and collagen disruption.

That’s why treatments that work differently can matter so much for reactive skin.

Nitrogen plasma works differently than lasers or RF by stimulating controlled regeneration without heat damage. This is why it’s such a powerful option for sensitive, reactive skin ✨
