As we move into a busy season, I’d like to kindly remind everyone about the importance of keeping scheduled appointments and providing adequate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
When appointments are missed or canceled at the last minute, it’s often impossible to fill that time. Not only does it impact my business, but it also prevents clients on the waitlist from having the opportunity to receive care.
I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and I always try to be understanding when they do. However, I ask that whenever possible, cancellations be made with as much notice as possible.
I also ask that clients arrive on time for their appointments. When a client arrives late, I will do my best to accommodate the remaining scheduled time, but the session may need to be shortened in order to stay on schedule for the next client. Full session fees may still apply for significantly late arrivals.
If you’re unable to find an appointment that works for your schedule, please remember that the waitlist feature is available through online booking. Many openings are filled directly from the waitlist before they ever become available online.
