We're joining the Star of Life Challenge! ⭐️

The Star of Life is traditionally recognized as a symbol of emergency medical services, with each of its six points representing a stage of emergency care.

We're putting our own spin on the challenge while honoring our local emergency medical services partners and the important role they play in caring for our community!

For us, these six points represent six things at the heart of what we do every day: Compassion, Respect, Dignity, Teamwork, Excellence, and Quality Care.

Different roles, different responsibilities, but one shared purpose: making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve.

Now we're challenging our sister facilities, Oakwood Care Center and Lake Mills Care Center to join the fun! Let's see your Star of Life!

Angela, our wonderful Activity Director, recently took a group of Cardinal Grove tenants on a memorable outing to the Kinney Pioneer Museum, followed by delicious ice cream shakes from Culver’s. Highlights included the Civil War tea party and the videos about the 1902 apple press. What a wonderful day!

This week’s Friday Face spotlight celebrates Anna Walker, Cardinal Grove’s Assisted Living Manager!

Anna began her career with Concord as a nurse in 2023 and has been serving in assisted living for nearly a year. She finds great joy in supporting our tenants and creating meaningful, enjoyable days for those she serves.

Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her family and is excited to welcome her second baby in January. We’re proud to recognize Anna and the compassion, dedication, and positivity she brings to Cardinal Grove!
