6 years in practice. Hundreds of patients. Countless adjustments. One mission - to help women and families feel strong, supported, and empowered in their own bodies.

I built Empower Chiropractic from the ground up because I believed this community deserved better care. And every single day, you remind me why I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be.

To the women out there doing the work - in white coats, in scrubs, in whatever they told you wasn’t “your lane” - we’re here. We’re skilled. And we’re just getting started. 🔥

So let’s talk about pediatric chiropractic care.

Baby bodies go through a lot from the very beginning. Birth - even a smooth one - puts real physical stress on a newborn’s spine and nervous system. Then come all the adventures of infancy: learning to hold their head up, rolling over, sitting, crawling, bumping into everything at full speed. 😅

Gentle chiropractic adjustments for babies look nothing like what you’d see for adults. We’re talking light, specific pressure (often no more than the weight of a finger) to help remove interference in the nervous system so their little bodies can function at their best. Parents often notice improvements in sleep, feeding, comfort, and overall mood. 🌙🍼

My approach with little ones is always calm, gentle, and fun. If they’re happy, I’m happy. (And apparently we coordinate outfits now, which I fully support.)
