6 Years, in the blink of an eye. I just wanted to take a minute and thank everyone who has patronized and supported our business since we opened 6 years ago. As most of you know it's not easy operating a small independent business in 2025, but I am extremely fortunate and lucky to live a dream that was years in the making. Somebody told me early on that the North Rockland community would have to accept me in order to succeed, and that advice could not have been more appropriate. The relationships, friendships, and attachments created since we've opened this office have been remarkable and again I appreciate you all. I'm forever grateful, Thank you again. Cheers.

UCL rehab will vary from athlete to athlete in the advanced stages. The goal of rehab is to attempt to normalize the movement, stability, and strength of not just the elbow, but the entire upper extremity. Changing the demands from open and closed chain movements will provide a variety of positions in attempt to best prepare our athlete for a return to cheer. Great work. πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ‘πŸ½

An important aspect of any post-surgical knee rehabilitation is to tolerate even weight distribution, and regain neuromuscular control. Use of a rocker board is a great way to help achieve that goal. Shout out to one our athletes, working her way back from her surgery. πŸ‘πŸ½πŸ’ͺ🏽

Joanna and I took the plunge to open our own family business. The journey to open a business and make it to this point was been... Amazing. Nobody could have predicted what would be soon after we opened, but we fought through the storm to celebrate another year in what I hope to be a long run here in North Rockland.

I'd be lying if I said I did it on my own. I'd have to thank my wife for being my best friend, my business partner, and my support beam through some very scary and difficult times. The rest of my family and friends for helping us throughout our journey. My coworkers, without whom I could never have survived to this point. I'd also have to thank the businesses that I worked for to get to this point as they important mentors and great learning experiences.

Lastly, and most importantly the community in North Rockland for supporting our family business and accepting me as one of their own. My appreciation for you all can not be emphasized enough. We've become close with so many people, and helped me feel like we've succeeded in becoming the community physical therapy office.

Thank you everyone. Thank you 100x over

Just taking a moment to shout out one very determined, hard working athlete. The young woman taking a shot at scoring and colliding into the goalie spent a solid year rehabbing her ACL to come back compete at an elite level. She might have missed this shot, but the lack of fear in doing so is a testament to the restoration of strength and confidence in her surgically repaired knee. The process wasn't easy. She literally battled through blood, sweat, and tears. As one of our very first patients to walk through our doors, I can't express the pride I feel watching this video. Great work GG. Go get em!

The road to recovery from an ACL repair can be a long one, especially attempting to get back to full contact sports (ie: soccer) Here are some of the important movements that need to be performed in order to regain confidence in your surgically repaired knee and perform at higher levels!

Shout out to for months of dedication and hard work! πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™‚οΈβš½πŸ₯…

⚠️ Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome ⚠️

Many of us at some point will deal with knee pain. The pain can arise from any number of reasons, but it doesn't mean that it has to restrict us from return to the sports, activities, or exercises we enjoy indefinitely.

Although our rehabilitation isn't finished, Andrew's diligence has allowed him to both return to playing volleyball pain free, and today was the first time in over a year that he's been able to squat pain free as well.

Great work πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼
