We're hiring a Life Enrichment Supervisor-
The Life Enrichment Director is responsible for creating a vibrant and active community life for our senior living residents. Spending time with residents and learning their personal preferences, talents, and physical and emotional needs is an important part of this role. Through getting to know their seniors, communication with families, and listening to feedback, create a daily and weekly schedule of activities that will engage residents as well as meet each of their individual needs. They also plan larger events that involve the community and prospective residents, and encourage current residents to participate in community life for their physical and psychological well-being.

As they work to meet community members’ needs, Life Enrichment Directors a become the heart of the community. Their work is what makes a beautiful building full of seniors a community, a home instead of a house. It’s what creates a truly community-based lifestyle, one that prioritizes connection and relationships.
Creating joyful experiences is the main job of a Life Enrichment Director.
Key Responsibilities-
Programming & Calendars: Design a monthly activity calendar featuring fitness classes, arts and crafts, live music, games, and group outings and more.
Resident Assessments: Interview new residents to document their life histories, hobbies, and capabilities so activities can be personalized to their needs.
Budgeting & Operations: Manage the department's budget, maintain event supplies, and ensure all programming complies with state regulations.
Community Building: Facilitate social interactions among residents to help them build friendships and feel at hom.
Marketing: Assisitng with marketing events and functions in and out of the facility.

Requirements-

1. Hold a CNA Certificate
2. Have a clean driving record
3. Have a great attitude and be outgoing
4. A love for taking care of seniors
5. Organization and time management skills
6. Great communication skills

Today we celebrate a very special man at Parkview Heights, Wallace P. Parkview turned 3. He had an amazing day with so many treats and toys for gifts. There was a big party this afternoon and so many attended!

It’s already started as a busy month of August here at Parkview Heights. Today we had to bake cookies for National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day and they were delicious!

Today at Parkview Heights, we took time to celebrate something truly special—our incredible team! 🎉

Because of the dedication, commitment, and heart our staff brings every single day, we are proud to celebrate over 18 months without using agency staff. That achievement speaks volumes about the amazing people who choose to show up for our residents and for one another.

We also had the honor of presenting our team with certificates recognizing their part in helping Parkview Heights earn the AHCA Silver – Achievement in Quality Award. This prestigious recognition reflects the hard work, compassion, and commitment to excellence demonstrated by every member of our team.

A special thank you to Matt Harman, Regional Vice President; Tony Scaletta, Dining Services Director; and Sherri Holman, Director of Business Development for Recover-Care, for helping make today so memorable by treating everyone to a delicious BBQ lunch. Your generosity and support of our team are truly appreciated!

We'd also like to thank Mike for providing wonderful entertainment with his fun Caribbean-style steel kettle drum music. It was the perfect soundtrack for a day of celebration and appreciation!
