Taelyn and family traveled to Minnesota to visit our sister Tameka and celebrate a special milestone as Darbie graduated from high school.
We are proud of Darbie and all of her hard work. It has been a blessing to celebrate so many graduates this year and watch these young people reach their goals.

Today we had the honor of witnessing Dr. Shaunna D. Finley serve as the Keynote Speaker for the Hammond Central High School graduation.
For the past several years, Powell Coleman Funeral Home Luxury Chauffeured Services has had the privilege of serving as Dr. Finley's personal transportation provider. It is always inspiring to watch someone who continues to make a positive impact in our communities through leadership, education, and service.
Congratulations to the graduating Class of 2026, and thank you, Dr. Finley, for the words of encouragement and wisdom shared with the graduates on their special day.

Today is a special day for our family.
We want to congratulate our nephew, Marquis, and our honorary niece, Maliah, on their graduations today. We are incredibly proud of both of them and the young adults they have become.
Our bond with Maliah began when she was just 7 years old after we had the honor of serving her family and burying her grandfather. What started years ago grew into a relationship that made her family to us.
Marquis has always held a special place in our hearts as our nephew, and watching him reach this milestone fills us with pride. We have watched both of these graduates grow, overcome challenges, and work hard to reach this moment.
Congratulations, Marquis and Maliah. May this be just the beginning of all God has in store for your lives. Keep dreaming big and never stop believing in yourselves.
