BEACH YOGA NOTICE:
YES, we are having Beach yoga, tomorrow Tuesday Aug. 4th at 7pm. On Aug. 11th there will be no Beach yoga. I'm in rehearsals for Jesus Christ Superstar at Dunes Summer Theatre. I will resume classes on Aug. 18th!

What an amazing season it has been! I'm so grateful for everyone who came out to share their practice with me on the sand this summer! Your energy, smiles and presence made each class so special! Since the season has wrapped up, I just wanted to say a ❤️ heartfelt thank you for flowing with me by the lake. I can't wait to see you all back on the beach next summer! Until then, keep shining, keep moving and keep breathing deeply!
