Seven years.

Sometimes I sit back and try to wrap my head around that number. Seven years of early mornings. Seven years of adjusting spines and calming nerves. Seven years of celebrating progress, walking through setbacks, and getting to witness people feel like themselves again.

And the truth is — I didn’t do this alone.

This community has carried me.

Every appointment kept. Every referral sent. Every kind review. Every time you trusted me with your health, your family, your stories — that’s what built this.

Owning a practice isn’t just about business. It’s about relationships. It’s about showing up for people on their hard days and their hopeful days. It’s about high fives when the headaches are gone and steady encouragement when healing takes longer than expected.

There have been seasons that stretched me, humbled me, and grew me in ways I never expected. But because of you — I get to wake up and do work that matters. I get to serve. I get to help people feel better in their bodies and more confident in their lives. That is not something I take lightly.

If you’ve ever walked through my doors, shared a post, told a friend about the office, or trusted me with your care — thank you. Truly.

Seven years is a milestone. But more than that, it’s a reminder that community is everything.

Sometimes it feels like the only posts I make are about us being closed…..

That being said - the office will be CLOSED Monday. If you need to contact us about an appointment - the best way to reach us is by text message at (252) 541-2035.

Rhonda will be checking our text inbox but will not be able to come to the office to answer the phone messages; so texting is preferred!

We open back up for our usual hours on Tuesday 2/24 around 1:45!

Due to questionable road conditions and likelihood of it being worse in the morning; we’ve decided to close the office tomorrow.

If you have an appointment scheduled; Rhonda will be in touch Tomorrow morning to reschedule your appointment for a later day this week!
