Keep Gastonia Beautiful is working with the City of Gastonia's Stormwater Division to grow Gastonia's participation in the Community Collaborative Rain, Hail, and Snow network. They are looking for 25 community members this fall and next spring to help measure and report precipitation from their own backyards. 🎄 **Senior Christmas Wishes 2026** 🎄

United Way of Gaston County is helping make the holidays brighter for 600 Gaston County seniors aged 60 and older through its annual Senior Christmas Wishes program. Applications are now available and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis through **October 1, 2026**, or until 600 seniors have been approved—whichever comes first.

Gaston County residents age 60+

Completed applications may be returned in person to:
